Dylan,

DBConglomerateDiagTool is not a program we support and it is prone to 
breaking between releases.  It is not a program we use or test 
regularly.  It may disapear entirely in a future release.  The 'table 
statistics' feature is very outdated and I don't believe it will tell 
you anything useful anymore.

We do not plan to support any of the GUI tools through the Control API.
